Key Grievance Redressal Options

1. LSG Ombudsman

A high judicial authority to file complaints regarding corruption, irregularities, and abuse of power against elected representatives and officials.

2. LSG Tribunal

A judicial body to file appeals against decisions taken by the Panchayat Council or Secretary, such as license denials.

3. Chief Minister's Portal

Delays or difficulties in receiving Panchayat services can be brought directly to the Chief Minister's attention via cmo.kerala.gov.in.

4. K-SMART Portal

The online single-window system of the LSGD. Allows real-time tracking of Panchayat services and complaints.

5. Vigilance Department

Complaints regarding bribery, major financial irregularities, and fund diversion can be reported directly to the Vigilance Bureau.
